What is the return policy?
Our samples and blanks are made and shipped to order. Therefore, you cannot return your sample orders. If you received a defective item, please contact us.
Can I order multiple sizes to test the fit?
Absolutely. We even recommend it. Ordering multiple sizes gives you a good idea of the fit and allows you to better determine the size distribution you need for production.
Are the samples and blanks already provided with labels?
The samples provided only include a size and washing label; no other labels are attached to the items.
Are samples supplied from stock?
No, our samples are supplied to order from our factory or production site.
Are these products suitable for start-up clothing brands?
Absolutely. Especially when you're starting out, samples and blanks are a smart way to save costs and prevent errors before you start producing larger quantities.
Where are your samples produced?

Can I already have my sample branded?
